Every Democrat president for the last 100+ years has started or escalated a war or a military action. What will Joe Biden’s claim to armed-involvement fame be?
I think you meant "Every president". US has been at war 225 out of 243 years since 1776. I do not see Joe looking for war but supporting allies seems possible with all the churn going on in the world.
