Why are the weekly multiple gangland shootings in Chicago, LA, St. Louis and elsewhere not reported and treated as “mass shootings” to bring out the gun grabbers?  Does the race of the shooters and victims make them non-events?

Why is this not a racist reaction on the part of the media?
