Joe Biden parried an embarrassing Ukraine question from an old overweight attendee at his (small) rally in Iowa by challenging this man to an IQ test ... followed by a push-up contest. This still was not hostile enough to a possible voter, Biden felt compelled to fat-shame him too ... see: The Guardian Story.
Now, just like Biden, Trump also has said some pretty insulting things.
There is one big difference however ... Trump is not brain-dead like his potential 2020 opponent.
Not brain dead? Just listen to Trump speaking off-the-cuff sometime. He rambles pointlessly, repeats himself multiple times, gets most of his facts wrong, denies knowing people as if there were no pictures, sounds like a crazy person, makes no sense, yells "hoax" when he means "I am the chosen one. Father, why hast thou forsaken me?"
