Emoluments clause violations NO Quid pro quo NO Bribery and extortion ?
Not Quite. There are a few days of juicy hearings ahead. Abuse of Office is part of the inquiry Obstruction of justice is not allowing those non-hearsay witnesses to testify. Porn star payoff - not an impeachable crime, but he *did* pay her off. Red herring. Quid pro Quo - too confusing for joe sixpack, but we all know what happened. Extortion- guilty with a capital G.
