President Biden often speaks in complete sentences which make sense ---as opposed to former President Trump who sounded like a raving lunatic whenever he wandered from the teleprompter text.
You are delusional. Trump almost never talked from a teleprompter ... whereas Biden can’t say his rosary beads without one.
