According to the previous guidelines, she would have qualified. Besides, she might have been an interesting contrast.
With virtually no support she has no chance of winning the nomination. Her presence at the debate (with nothing to lose by attacking front runners) would only serve to sow discord.
Which is why Faux News deplorables are banging-on about Tulsi. BTW She looks great in a bikini.
