The cartoon would be funny if it was Trump with his foot in his own mouth.
Did you notice the smile on Obama's face?
This cartoon is seriously unfunny on several levels. Why would Obama be smiling? And how would Whiny Rand Paul or Lyin' Ted Cruze recongize Trump's shoe?
