Non citizens cannot vote in federal elections. It's the law. No one has produced any *proof* that non-citizens are actually voting or being encouraged to vote. Fake news promulgated by frauds.
You really have your head in the sand. California gives legal and illegal aliens drivers' licenses and registers them yo vote at the same time.
So who is "informed" besides you, Hannity, Ingraham, Trump, and Coulter... and I am not sure about Coulter?
