Pink Disconnect

The recent anti-Trump Women's March in Washington, DC (and elsewhere) was predominately composed of inflamed white women with just a smattering of blacks (see: Breitbart Article and Jet Magazine Article). This is strange insofar as white women voted for Trump 53% to 47% (see: Pop Sugar Stats). Explaining away this disconnect is a little difficult. Perhaps, because of the predominant "pink" theme of these protests, it is related to Trump's "pussy grabbing" remarks once caught on an open mic?

Or maybe even some white women are angry not just at Trump ... but also at their white sisters who voted for him?

So are you suggesting that black women are too lazy (and probably shiftless) to go out and march? I think it was mostly a solidarity demonstration against Trump's (current) stated position on abortion rights, and a general fear that he will roll back the progressive agenda. Hillary got more popular votes in the March locales, so where is the "disconnect"?

As the Gipper would say, "there you go again," putting word in my mouth. Hillary got 96% of the vote in DC (high percent black electorate). Yet the DC March was still very much Wonder Bread. Please give your own reasons then.

My alternative facts from Pew research center:
"Women supported Clinton over Trump by 54% to 42%.

How many other things are you wrong about?

My reference cited said the very same thing for ALL women ... but the statistic actually quoted was for WHITE women who voted for Trump 53% to 47%
