Top Gun Control

I didn't think any of them were funny.
OK ... then just a little ironic?
Den, the one "where Trump steaks come from" is good. Besides, we are talking about "gin" control not "gun" control.
60 minutes last night had a piece on devices that would require a specific watch/ring or fingerprint to enable a gun. While that would not dissuade mass killers, it could stop children from shooting grampa or mommy's gun accidentally. The upshot is that the NRA and many incensed gun enthusiasts came out strongly against any retailer or distributor that even *offered* to sell such a gun. When an American gun manufacturer expressed intent to produce such a gun, it was boycotted by NRA directive. A use case showed a James Bond combatant unable to shoot 007's gun. Cool!
The anti-gun lobby is clearly using the "salanmi" approach to erode gun rights. The NRA recognizes this and therefore resists ... sometimes seeming silly ... any and all efforts. Whether this is the right strategy is debatable, but it so far has worked.
Did you mean: salami
Yes, big fingers and IPads don't work well together ...
Salami gets moldy and hard if you don't take a slice now and then to freshen it up. Even in the deli, a new style of charcuterie does not make that old salami any different. The NRA should accept that some people might get a gun if they could be very very sure that only they could fire it.
