Sad Day

Why we didn't bomb the oil wells is my biggest question ... and, yes, some of the ISIS oil is going through Turkey ... see: http://www.theguardian.com/world/2014/nov/19/-sp-islamic-state-oil-empire-iraq-isis
I have the same question. And if the oil spills all over the desert, it'll sink back to where it came from. Can it be hard to locate a large, long metal pipe, even a few feet underground?
